Once
we have established that common ground exists and explained our
terms of business, an Information meeting takes places. This is
when we start the important procedure of getting to know and understand
you, our client.
Together,
we invest time and take care in reviewing, collecting and collating
information provided by you, to assess your current situation in
conjunction with your aims, objectives and preferences.

Planning Your Investments
We
produce a report that details methods by which you can achieve your
aims and objectives. This outlines a course of action for you to
take together with supporting reasons for our recommendations.

3. Taking Action
Following
the planning stage, business is often transacted. We assist you
with the completion of the documents that cement the relationship.
Where possible, we obtain the best deals, costs and charges from
third parties.

4. Our First Class Service
This
is where we really differ. When you take action, we start. It's
not "another deal closed". It's when our relationship
begins. We guide you through the process of setting up your investments,
ensuring favorable purchases are made, and the correct documentation
is received.
We
commit to meeting with you at least twice in a calendar year (subject
to geographical location) and to monitor your investment affairs
on a frequent basis. We maintain regular contact with you, via phone,
fax, e-mail and personal visit.
